As a Director Troy’s duties are Care; the care and well-being of the Association being paramount.  Loyalty; loyal to ensuring that our activities and transactions further our mission, and obedience; ensure obedience to any and all applicable laws and regulations related to its operation, follows its own bylaws and policies, and maintains the advancement of the purpose and mission of the Association.

Troy is retired, but had a varied and productive career. He started work at 12 in his Father’s business, joined the Marine Corps at 17 retired 22 years later, went to work for the Federal Government as a Project Manager, and culminating in becoming a C suite executive in the private sector.

Troy has amassed 2 Bachelor degrees in Business Administration and Management, and Environmental Management, completed 5 Master’s Programs MBA, Procurement and Acquisitions, Management and Leadership, Government Contraction, and Human Capitol Administration.  He is currently midway thru a Doctoral Program in Business Administration. 

He is the 6th Generation of Emma Fox and Simon Leverett and a descendant of the Bessie Leverett Lineage.
